Speaker’s Profile:
Dr. Yang Nan received her Ph.D. in Finance from Texas A&M University. She is currently an Associate Professor with tenure at the Department of Accounting and Finance, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research interests include managerial incentives, financial institutions, and credit risk. To date, she has published several papers in top international journals in finance and management, such as the Journal of Financial Economics and Management Science. Dr. Yang has been awarded the Outstanding Young Researcher Award by the School of Accounting and Finance at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and serves as a guest reviewer for several renowned international journals, including Management Science, Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Corporate Finance.
