YUFE Postgraduate Student Dissertation Proposal Report Regulations

 

學(xué)位論文工作是研究生培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分,是對研究生進行科學(xué)研究或承擔(dān)專門技術(shù)工作的全面訓(xùn)練,是培養(yǎng)研究生創(chuàng)新精神和實踐能力,綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)知識發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的主要環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)位論文開題報告是研究生完成學(xué)位論文、保證學(xué)位論文質(zhì)量的一種集體監(jiān)控質(zhì)量形式,主要檢驗研究生對專業(yè)知識的獨立駕馭能力和研究能力,有助于研究生做好論文的各項準(zhǔn)備工作,有助于研究生較好地了解選題中應(yīng)注意處理和解決的主要問題,有助于加強本學(xué)科的學(xué)術(shù)交流。為了保證和促進研究生按期完成開題報告,特制定本規(guī)定。

Dissertation is an important part of postgraduate training, which is a comprehensive training for scientific research or undertaking specialized technical work for postgraduates. It is also the main link to cultivate postgraduates' innovative spirit and practical ability, and to find, analyze and solve problems by comprehensively applying the knowledge learned. Dissertation Proposal Report is a form of collective supervision for graduate students to finish dissertation and guarantee the quality of it. It mainly tests the independent ability of postgraduates to master professional knowledge and research ability, which is helpful for postgraduates to do a good job in the preparation of the thesis, to better understand the main problems that should be paid attention to and solved in the topic selection, and to strengthen the academic exchanges of this discipline.

一、選題的原則

1.選題應(yīng)緊密結(jié)合學(xué)科發(fā)展實際,不同專業(yè)可根據(jù)自身特點各有側(cè)重,應(yīng)對學(xué)科前沿或經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、社會進步有一定的理論和實用價值,學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位論文選題能產(chǎn)生一定學(xué)術(shù)水平和創(chuàng)造性的學(xué)術(shù)成果,專業(yè)學(xué)位論文選題能規(guī)范、系統(tǒng)地反映實踐應(yīng)用能力。

2.論文選題應(yīng)盡可能從高起點、新視角、前沿性的要求出發(fā),要充分結(jié)合導(dǎo)師的研究方向和研究生自身的基礎(chǔ),以利于發(fā)揮導(dǎo)師專長和調(diào)動研究生的主觀能動性和創(chuàng)造性。

3.要充分考慮開展工作的必要條件以及在規(guī)定的寫作時限內(nèi)順利完成寫作的可能性。

I. Principles of Title Selection

1. The topic selection should be closely combined with the actual development of the discipline. Different majors can focus on their own characteristics. They should have certain theoretical and practical value in dealing with the frontiers of the discipline or economic construction and social progress and produce creative academic achievements. The topic can reflect the practical application ability in a standardized and systematic way.

2. The topic selection of the dissertation should proceed from the high starting point, the new perspective and the frontier requirements as much as possible. It is necessary to fully combine the research direction of the tutor and the foundation of the graduate students to facilitate the exertion of the tutor's expertise and the subjective initiative and creativity of the postgraduate students.

3. The necessary conditions for carrying out the work and the possibility of successfully completing the writing within the prescribed writing time limit need to be fully considered.

二、開題報告的內(nèi)容

1.選題背景及研究意義;

2.全球相關(guān)研究動態(tài)及文獻綜述;

3.研究內(nèi)容、預(yù)期成果和創(chuàng)新之處(學(xué)術(shù)學(xué)位論文)/研究內(nèi)容、預(yù)期成果和實踐能力水平評估(專業(yè)學(xué)位論文);

4.?dāng)M采取的研究方法和技術(shù)路線;

5.寫作中可能遇到的困難和問題,擬采取的應(yīng)對措施;

6.論文進度安排;

7.參考文獻。

IIContent of Dissertation Proposal Report

1. The background of title selection and the significance of the research;

2. Global related research trends and literature review

3. Research content, expected results and innovations (academic thesis) / research content, expected results and practical ability level assessment (professional dissertation);

4. Research methods and technical routes to be adopted

5. Difficulties and problems that may be encountered in writing and the measures to be taken

6. Dissertation writing schedule;

7. Reference.

三、組織與管理

1.開題報告由培養(yǎng)單位授權(quán)相關(guān)學(xué)科負(fù)責(zé)人組織57人的評議小組實施完成。

2.開題報告在第三學(xué)期進行,因故不能按期進行開題報告的研究生,必須及時辦理延期手續(xù),經(jīng)導(dǎo)師和培養(yǎng)單位主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意簽字后,報研究生部備案。

3.開題報告評議結(jié)果分“通過”或“不通過”兩種情況。未通過者,必須在二個月內(nèi)完成再次開題。

4.開題報告通過后,進入論文工作階段。原則上不再更改題目,如確有特殊原因需更改題目時,須由研究生寫出書面報告,經(jīng)導(dǎo)師同意簽字,培養(yǎng)單位負(fù)責(zé)人審批后,在12月內(nèi)重新做開題報告,并報研究生部備案。

5.研究生培養(yǎng)單位應(yīng)在開題報告通過一周內(nèi),將開題報告匯總表報研究生部備案。

III. Organization and Management

1. The proposal report shall be implemented by a review group of 5-7 persons authorized by the school to be in charge of related disciplines.

2. The proposal report will be conducted in the third semester. Graduate students who fail to make the report on time for some reason must go through the extension formalities in a timely manner.

3. The evaluation result of the opening report is divided into two cases: "pass" and "fail". Those who fail to pass the exam must complete the re-opening within two months.

4. After the proposal report is passed, the thesis enters the stage of writing. In principle, the topic will not be changed any more. If there is a special reason to change the topic, the graduate student shall write a written report, sign with the consent of the tutor, and submit the proposal report to the graduate department for record within 1-2 months after the approval.

5. The school shall report the summary of the proposal report to the graduate department for record within one week after the proposal report.

四、開題報告撰寫要求

開題報告字?jǐn)?shù)為不少于5000字左右,用A4復(fù)印紙小四號TIMES NEW ROMAN打印。參考文獻應(yīng)為40篇以上。

IV. Proposal Writing Requirements

The proposal report should contain no less than 5000 words, be printed with A4 paper, font of Times New Roman, size of 11. The number of reference articles should contain more than 40.
