云南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)曼谷商學(xué)院是2013年12月31日經(jīng)中國(guó)教育部批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立的海外辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)（教外辦學(xué)函[2013]82號(hào)）。曼谷商學(xué)院由我校與泰國(guó)蘭實(shí)大學(xué)（Rangsit University）共同創(chuàng)辦，是云南省在昆高校在國(guó)外設(shè)立的第一家海外學(xué)院。曼谷商學(xué)院的成立標(biāo)志著我校教育國(guó)際化由“引進(jìn)來(lái)”邁向“走出去”的新階段，是云南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)發(fā)展歷程中的又一個(gè)里程碑。迄今通過(guò)境外辦學(xué)的方式，曼谷商學(xué)院共招收培養(yǎng)了112名來(lái)自東南亞各國(guó)的本科學(xué)生。

泰國(guó)蘭實(shí)大學(xué)位于泰國(guó)首都曼谷，是該國(guó)一所在私立大學(xué)中排名前三的知名學(xué)府。曼谷處于東南亞中心位置，是東南亞的交通樞紐，旅游業(yè)十分發(fā)達(dá)，被評(píng)選為2013全球最受歡迎旅游城市。曼谷被譽(yù)為是“佛教之都”和融合東西方文化的“天使之城”。曼谷也是國(guó)際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化中心之一，聯(lián)合國(guó)難民署、世界銀行亞洲、世界衛(wèi)生組織、國(guó)際勞工組織都把亞太地區(qū)總部設(shè)在曼谷。泰國(guó)90％的人信奉佛教，政治體制為民主憲政，佛教和民主是社會(huì)和諧的兩個(gè)基石。

2013年12月，由云南財(cái)大與泰國(guó)蘭實(shí)大學(xué)合作創(chuàng)辦的曼谷商學(xué)院，獲得中國(guó)教育部、泰國(guó)教育部批準(zhǔn)成立。這是目前中國(guó)教育部批準(zhǔn)在海外開(kāi)展學(xué)歷教育的四家海外辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)之一，也是第一所中國(guó)在泰國(guó)開(kāi)辦的學(xué)歷學(xué)位教育機(jī)構(gòu)。

Bangkok Business School of Yunnan University & Rangsit University is the first overseas school set up by the universities in Yunnan Province, and the third overseas school which established abroad with the approval of Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.

The Double Degree program in Bangkok Business School was first offered in 2014. The program provides integrated knowledge for understanding Chinese society and the business development of China. During the study on Double Degree Program, the students of Bangkok Business School could obtain a Bachelor of Business from Yunnan University of Finance and Economics. The program should be of great value to those who have to deal with China’s rapidly changing economy, society and cultural life, and those who would like to learn an integrated knowledge to promote their career development potential in Sino-Thai international business.
