編者按：2015年4月，云南財經(jīng)大學獲商務部批準承辦發(fā)展中國家碩士學歷學位項目，主要培養(yǎng)廣大發(fā)展中國家政府部門、大型企業(yè)、學術(shù)機構(gòu)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域中高級管理及研究人員來華攻讀碩士學位。至今，該項目共招收培養(yǎng)來自33個國家的135名學員。

Kebinakgabo Tapiwa Barona（中文名趙柔娜）是來自博茨瓦納國土資源管理部的處級官員，于2019年9月就讀該項目。兩年中，她通過自己的切身體驗和深入觀察，形成了對中國發(fā)展理念及發(fā)展成就的個人見解。她曾結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)歷，深入淺出地表達了對中國抗疫舉措的看法并從專業(yè)的角度進行了分析，撰寫文章《China's urban planning made life easier during epidemic》，肯定了中國在城市規(guī)劃和基礎設施建設方面的科學性，并對中國政府在危機應對方面的能力和成效表達了贊許。文章于2020年4月16日，被中國日報網(wǎng)英文版“觀點”欄目全文刊登。

兩年的在華學習讓她收獲頗豐、感受深刻。她在云南財經(jīng)大學2021年7月8日舉行的畢業(yè)典禮上作為2019級優(yōu)秀學員代表致辭，表達了對中國、對學校的深深情誼。發(fā)言全文如下：

First and foremost Ｉwould like to recognize those who made this important day possible．Special thanks to our -families, -our governments, -the government of China,-MOFCOM our sponsor, -YUFE, the facility, school of Overseas, -Our Dean , -our program coordinator, -our teachers,-and staff．

首先，我要感謝那些使這一重要日子成為可能的人，特別感謝我們的家人，我們的政府，中國政府，項目的主辦方商務部，云南財經(jīng)大學，海外學院，我們的院長和教職員。

The decision to choose a suitable place to study and stay can be a daunting process, because of important factors to consider. Usually the 3 main factors would be：firstly, the quality of the education；Secondly, the living environment and culture. China truly offers the best：both living, learning experience and culture ａｒｅfriendly to foreigners.

選擇到某個合適的地方學習進修可能是一個艱難的決定，因為有很多重要的因素需要考慮，主要包括三個方面：首先是教育質(zhì)量，然后是環(huán)境和文化。無論是生活，學習, 文化對外國人的友好程度，中國無疑是最好的選擇。

YUFE is indeed an international university making dreams come true for promising students like myself and fellow international students .This is why the decision to choose China has been most fulfilling .And ,thanks to China for choosing us.

云南財經(jīng)大學確實是一所國際大學，讓像我一樣有追求的國際學生實現(xiàn)自己的夢想。這就是為什么我認為選擇中國的決定是最有意義的。而且，也感謝中國選擇我們。

It feels like yesterday when we received the good news about the scholarship. It feels like yesterday when we boarded the flight to China and waved our families goodbyes .Yes， it feels like yesterday when we started our first class, and introduced to our teachers.

時間飛逝，這感覺就像昨天我們剛收到獲得獎學金的好消息，昨天我們剛登上了飛往中國的航班，向家人揮手告別。是的，感覺就像昨天我們開始上第一節(jié)課，向老師介紹自己。

I remember the first class, we were so eager. We met as classmates from different countries .We all became friends, studied together and shared meals together. As classmates we embraced each other’s cultures and background.

我記得第一節(jié)課，我們求知若渴。來自不同國家的同學成為了好朋友，一起學習，一起生活。作為同學，我們接納彼此的文化和背景。

What a great time to have studied in China, witnessing the historical events that occurred; like winning of the battle against Covid-19. We will miss the upcoming Olympics 2022, all the Best! .I must say, there is a strong bond that has been created connecting us to China, wherever we go in the world .

在中國學習是多么美好的時光。我們還見證了中國打贏抗疫之戰(zhàn)。我們將錯過即將到來的2022年冬奧會，但祝愿一切順利。我必須說，無論我們走到世界的哪個角落，我們都與中國建立了牢固的聯(lián)系。

It’s been almost two years since we started our masters. We are an exceptional group with so much success ．Ｗe have flourished in so many school activities including the published articles at national and provincial level, victory of the football　game, participating in other sporting activities , social and cultural activities .

兩年以來，我們成為了一個非常優(yōu)秀的群體，取得了巨大的成功，我們積極參加學校的許多活動，包括在國家級媒體（中國日報）發(fā)表文章，贏得足球比賽，參加運動會，以及豐富的社會和文化活動。

For all of us the Final year was the toughest, shifting to online learning, it required our full commitment and hard-work. The teachers offered us unlimited support and guidance. Indeed, this demonstrated that with great team work and dedication， anything is possible.

對我們所有人來說，最后一年是最艱難的一年。轉(zhuǎn)向在線學習，需要我們?nèi)σ愿啊＿€好老師們給了我們很大的支持和指導。事實上，這表明了偉大的團隊合作和奉獻精神，使得任何事情都是可能的。

For this entire journey, it was made possible by our outstanding teachers who against all odds made sure we get the best education .It is from their selflessness act and professionalism that we are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver on project management. Not only that, they took good care of us .

在這整個過程中，我們優(yōu)秀的老師們使我們得以接受最好的教育，他們的無私奉獻和專業(yè)精神讓我們具備了項目管理的技能和知識，不僅如此，他們還給予了我們無微不至的照顧。

Truth be said ,not only did we benefit academically, studying here has taught us more; it has instilled in us the character of resilience ,trust, togetherness sharpening our character. China’s YUFE allowed us to develop an international perspective. And most importantly understand the best of China, the colorful Yunnan-Kunming　ａｎｄour amazing school

說實話，我們不僅在學術(shù)上受益，在這里學習也教會了我們很多；它給與了我們堅韌、信任、團結(jié)的鍛煉，磨礪了我們的性格。多彩的云南昆明，我們令人驚嘆的學校，讓我們開拓了國際視野，最重要的是了解了中國的精神。

YUFE created a platform for us to interact and appreciate each other’s diversity cultures and lifestyles . Indeed, YUFE does deliver on its promises, and for that we have so much trust in the school and China as whole.

云南財經(jīng)大學為我們創(chuàng)造了一個平臺，讓我們相互交流，欣賞彼此的多元文化和生活方式。事實上，學校確實兌現(xiàn)了自己的承諾，為此我們對學校和整個中國都非常信任。

For us graduates we are deeply honored to becoming part of YUFE family, ａｎｄ making us ambassadors of China. This is a life changing milestone in our lives .China feels like the second home.

對于我們畢業(yè)生來說，我們非常榮幸能成為云南財經(jīng)大學大家庭的一員，這也自然而然地讓我們成為中國的大使。這是我們生活中一個改變?nèi)松睦锍瘫袊拖竦诙枢l(xiāng)。

President Xi for China’s vision of “a bright shared Future “ is most desirable for the world . Now that we have an international view．the aspirations to realize the shared vision for humankind, now dwells in us as individuals in our own unique ways .

習近平主席對中國“人類命運共同體”的愿景是世界最向往的。現(xiàn)在我們有了國際視野，實現(xiàn)人類共同愿景的愿望，現(xiàn)在以我們自己獨特的方式存在于我們每個人之中。

Let’s aspire to be positive change markers. We are a step in the right direction to contribute towards our countries＇ developments and the improvement of our people’s livelihoods.

我們立志成為改革者，正朝著正確方向邁進，為我們國家的發(fā)展和改善我們的人民生活做出貢獻。

We have made friendships and unforgettable memories to hold dearly in our hearts.

我們建立了友誼和難忘的回憶，都將在我們心中珍藏。

Farewell， farewell dear teachers， we will never forget you. Our hearts are filled with sorrow, because we are leaving you. But the beauty of our relationship is the deepest and will remain forever.

萬般不舍，再見！親愛的老師們，我們不會忘記你們，我們的心充滿了悲傷，因為我們就要離開。但我們感情至深，并將永存心間。

And to us fellow students, we made it!

我想對我們所有同學來說，我們做到了！
