國際學生招生簡章
一、概況
國際學生云南省政府獎學金（以下簡稱獎學金） 由云南省人民政府設(shè)立。云南省教育廳負責獎學金政策的制定、調(diào)整、實施和監(jiān)督管理等工作。招收進入本校學習的云南省政府獎學金國際學生（以下簡稱獎學金生），由本校負責培養(yǎng)和管理。
二、招生范圍
本簡章適用于申請到本校接受中國學歷學位教育或非學歷教育的國際學生。學歷教育類別包括本科生、碩士研究生、博士研究生；非學歷教育類別包括本/碩/博預科生、漢語進修生。
三、招生國別
以南亞東南亞國家老撾、越南、泰國、緬甸、柬埔寨、印度、尼泊爾、斯里蘭卡等為主，同時面向亞洲其他國家招生。
四、招生專業(yè)
申請云南省政府獎學金的國際學生可以在本校以中文授課且面向來華國際學生開放的專業(yè)中選擇攻讀意向，但實際錄取的專業(yè)要根據(jù)所在學院的招收意愿、培養(yǎng)方案以及生源素質(zhì)等多方面情況進行綜合評定。
五、申請條件
申請國際學生云南省政府獎學金應具備以下基本條件：
1．應為持外國有效普通護照的非中國籍公民，身心健康，現(xiàn)有學歷、語言能力和年齡符合學校招生要求，申請學歷項目的申請人中文能力需達到《國際漢語能力標準》HSK四級水平（有效期兩年）；
2．申請攻讀學士學位（含預科）者，應具有高中畢業(yè)或同等學歷，學習成績優(yōu)秀，年齡一般不超過25周歲；
3．申請攻讀碩士學位（含預科）者，應具有學士學位或同等學歷，學習成績優(yōu)秀，年齡一般不超過35周歲；
4.申請攻讀博士學位（含預科）者，應具有碩士學位或同等學歷，學習成績優(yōu)秀，年齡一般不超過40周歲；
5．申請漢語進修者，應具有高中畢業(yè)或以上學歷，學習成績優(yōu)秀，年齡一般不超過55周歲；
6．申請人應同時符合學校在學術(shù)能力、語言能力以及其他相關(guān)方面的入學要求。
六、申請材料
1．《云南省政府獎學金申請表》（由省教育廳統(tǒng)一印制）；
2．經(jīng)過公證的最高學歷證明或預畢業(yè)證明、學習成績單；
3．漢語和英語語言水平證書或證明；
4．來華學習或研究計劃；
5．《外國人體格檢查表》（由中國衛(wèi)生檢疫部門統(tǒng)一印制）；
6．無犯罪記錄證明；
7. 本人護照有頭像頁的掃描件或清晰復印件；
8. 本人證件照電子版，以護照號碼命名（照片格式：彩色 2 寸免冠證件照，白色背景無邊框，頭部占照片尺寸的 2/3，照片尺寸不低于 320*240 像素，高寬比為 4： 3，大小為 100-500KB，JPG 格式）。
申請攻讀碩士、博士學位的，還須提交2名相關(guān)領(lǐng)域副教授或以上職稱者用中文或英文書寫的推薦信。申請項目或?qū)I(yè)另有要求的，須按規(guī)定提交相應材料。
七、資助期限及標準
獎學金資助期限原則上與基本修業(yè)年限一致。資助費用包含學費、生活費、保險費等，學校提供校內(nèi)住宿。生活費資助標準為：預科生、漢語進修生（1年）：￥16800 元/年/人，按月發(fā)放，每月1400元；本科生：￥16800 元/年/人，按月發(fā)放，每月1400元（學制3-8年）；碩士研究生：￥20400元/年/人，按月發(fā)放，每月1700元（學制3年）；博士研究生：￥24000元/年/人，按月發(fā)放，每月2000元（學制4年）。
八、申請和評審流程
1．學校發(fā)布年度招生簡章并報云南省教育廳備案；
2．申請人按招生要求提交申請書及相關(guān)材料；
3．學校綜合審核申請人材料，盡可能深入地考察申請人的對華態(tài)度、學歷背景、學習成績、學習態(tài)度、語言水平及健康狀況等，在嚴格遵守國家有關(guān)規(guī)定的前提下，根據(jù)學校國際學生培養(yǎng)目標和培養(yǎng)能力，制定入學標準，視實際情況采取適當?shù)墓P試或面試等考核方式，經(jīng)評審后擇優(yōu)向云南省教育廳推薦獎學金生候選人；
4．云南省教育廳根據(jù)學校推薦意見，結(jié)合年度獎學金經(jīng)費情況，組織專家評審后確定獎學金生人選并進行公示。
九、錄取、通知及報到注冊
1．經(jīng)評審確定獎學金生人選后，學校為獎學金生制作錄取通知書（加蓋本校公章）和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（JW202 表）；
2．學校通過電子郵件、國際快遞、獎學金推薦人或聯(lián)系人等渠道向被錄取的獎學金生發(fā)放錄取通知書和JW202表，以便被錄取人在本國辦理簽證申請等手續(xù)；
3．被錄取的獎學金生，在接到錄取通知書后，須以電子郵件等方式向?qū)W校反饋信息，確認自己將按通知書的要求辦理報到注冊等手續(xù)；
4．被錄取的獎學金生，須在指定的時間內(nèi)辦完相關(guān)手續(xù)，按計劃進入各階段學習，原則上不得變更學習專業(yè)及學習期限；
5．被錄取的獎學金生未請假而不按時報到注冊者，獎學金資格不予保留。提供虛假申請材料者，一經(jīng)查實，則取消其獎學金資格。

Admissions for International Students
Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship program 2023
I. Overview
The Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) is established by the People's Government of Yunnan Province. The Education Department of Yunnan Province, is responsible for the formulation, adjustment, implementation and supervision of the scholarship policy. The University is responsible for the cultivation and management of International Students who are admitted to study at the University on the Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as scholarship students) .
II. Admissions category
This admissions is for International Students applying for both Degree programs and Non-Degree programs. Full-time Degree programs including undergraduate students, postgraduate students and doctoral students; Non-Degree programs including preparatory undergraduates /postgraduates /doctoral students and Chinese advanced students.
III. Admission Country
Opening to South Asia and Southeast Asia countries, mainly focus on Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka; applicants from other countries are also welcomed.
IV. Admission Major
International students who apply for the Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship can choose their intention to study among the majors taught in Chinese and open to International Students. However, the majors actually admitted should be comprehensively evaluated according to the college's enrollment willingness, training plan, and student quality etc.
V. Application Requirements
To apply for the Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students, the following basic conditions must be met.
1. Non-Chinese citizens holding valid foreign passports, who are physically and mentally healthy, and whose current academic qualifications, language ability and age meet the university's admission requirements, applicants for degree programs must have achieved HSK level 4, valid for 2 years.
2. Applicants for bachelor's degree (including preparatory undergraduates) should have high school graduation diploma or the same academic ability, with excellent academic performance, and generally not more than 25 years old.
3. Applicants for master's degree (including preparatory postgraduates) should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with excellent academic performance, and generally not older than 35 years old.
4.Applicants for doctor's degree (including preparatory doctoral students) should have a master's degree or equivalent, with excellent academic performance, and generally not older than 40 years old.
5. Chinese advanced students should have graduated from high school or above, with excellent academic performance, and generally under the age of 55.
6. Applicants should also meet the university's entry requirements in terms of academic ability, language proficiency and other relevant aspects.
VI. Application Documents
1. Application Form of Yunnan Provincial Government Scholarship Program, printed by the Education Department of Yunnan Province.
2. Notarized certificate of highest degree certificate, highest diploma, and academic transcripts.
3. Chinese Language Certificate and English language qualification certificate.
4. A Study Plan or Research Proposal.
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority).
6. Non-criminal record report.
7. Passport photo page.
8. Personal ID photo, named after passport number (Photo reference format: 2 inch color crown-free ID photo. The white background has no borders, the head accounts for 2/3 of the photo size, the photo size is not less than 320 * 240 pixels, the aspect ratio is 4: 3, the size between 100 KB and 500KB, JPG format).
Applicants for Master’s Degree and Doctor’s Degree must provide two recommendation letters (written in Chinese or English) signed by professor or associate professor. Applicants for other majors may be required to submit other supplementary documents. Please refer to separate notice.
VII. Duration and Criteria of Financial Assistance
The duration of the scholarship is in principle consistent with the basic duration of study. The scholarships cover tuition fees, living expenses, insurance, etc. YUFE provides on-campus accomodation.The subsidy standard for living expenses is: Preparatory undergraduates and Chinese advanced students (1 year): ￥16,800/year/person, paid monthly, 1,400 yuan per month; Undergraduate students: ￥ 16,800 yuan/year/person, paid monthly, 1,400 yuan per month (program duration is 3-8 years); Postgraduate students: ￥20,400 yuan/year/person, paid monthly, 1,700 yuan per month (program duration is 3 years); Doctoral students: ￥24,000 yuan/year/person, paid monthly, 2,000 yuan per month (program duration is 4 years).
VIII. Application and assessment process
1. The university issue the annual enrollment prospectus and reports it to the Education Department of Yunnan Province, for the record.
2. The applicant submits the application form and relevant documents according to the admission requirements.
3. The university will examine the applicant's documents comprehensively, especially the applicant's attitude towards China, academic background, academic performance, study attitude, language level and health condition, etc. On the premise of strictly abiding by the relevant national regulations, set the admission criteria according to the school's cultivation objectives and cultivation ability of International Students, adopt appropriate assessment methods such as written tests or interviews in light of the actual needs. After the evaluation, the candidates will be recommended to the Education Department of Yunnan Province, it is a merit-based enrollment.
4. Based on the recommendation of the university and the annual scholarship funding, the Education Department of Yunnan Province will organize experts to evaluate the candidates for the scholarship and make public announcement.
IX. Acceptance, notification and registration
1. After the evaluation and selection of the accepted scholarship student, the university will make a letter of acceptance (stamped with the official seal of the university) and an application form for International Students to come to China (form JW202) for the scholarship students.
2. The university will send the letter of acceptance and the JW202 form to the accepted scholarship student via email, international express service, scholarship referee or contact person so that the accepted student can apply for a visa in their home country.
3. Upon receipt of the letter of acceptance, the accepted scholarship student must give feedback to the university by email or other means to confirm that he/she will follow the requirements of the letter of acceptance for registration and other procedures.
4. Scholarship students must complete the relevant procedures within a specified period of time and enter the various stages of their studies according to the programme.
5. Scholarship students who fail to register on time without explain the situation will not be eligible for scholarship. Anyone who provides false application documents will be disqualified from the scholarship if found out.
