主講人介紹：林秉旋，美國喬治亞州立大學（Georgia State University）金融學博士，現(xiàn)為美國羅德島大學（University of Rhode Island）金融學教授。主要研究興趣在公司并購、公司治理、信息披露、中國資本市場以及行為金融等領(lǐng)域，已在 Journal of Corporate Finance ， Journal of Financial Research ， Journal of Empirical Finance ， Accounting Horizons ， Abacus ， Journal of Accounting，Auditing & Finance ， International Review of Financial Analysis ， Applied Economics ， Journal of Accounting and Public Policy ， Journal of Business & Economics Research ， Corporate Governance: an International Review 以及《管理科學》等國內(nèi)外一流學術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇。林教授曾先后執(zhí)教于哈佛大學、中山大學、中南財經(jīng)政法大學等多所國內(nèi)外名校，同時擔任 Applied Economics ， Corporate Governance: an International Review ， Journal of Economics and Finance ， Journal of International Business Studies ， Finance Research Letters ， Financial Review ， Journal of Banking and Finance 等國際一流期刊審稿人，具有豐富的教學與研究經(jīng)驗和廣泛的學術(shù)影響力，歷獲《風險管理和保險評論》最佳論文獎（2008）、美國東北決策科學研究院會議最佳論文獎（2006）、《保險問題學報》最佳論文獎（2004）、國際保險協(xié)會年會最佳論文獎（2003）等獎勵以及中山大學、中南財經(jīng)政法大學、首都經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易大學等多所國內(nèi)外知名大學的“杰出教授”稱號。
