主講人介紹：林秉旋，美國喬治亞州立大學（Georgia State University）金融學博士,，現(xiàn)為美國羅德島大學（University of Rhode Island）金融學教授,。主要研究興趣在公司并購、公司治理,、信息披露,、中國資本市場以及行為金融等領域，已在 Journal of Corporate Finance ,， Journal of Financial Research ,， Journal of Empirical Finance ， Accounting Horizons ,， Abacus ,， Journal of Accounting，Auditing & Finance ,， International Review of Financial Analysis ,， Applied Economics ， Journal of Accounting and Public Policy ,， Journal of Business & Economics Research ,， Corporate Governance: an International Review 以及《管理科學》等國內外一流學術期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇。林教授曾先后執(zhí)教于哈佛大學,、中山大學,、中南財經政法大學等多所國內外名校，同時擔任 Applied Economics ,， Corporate Governance: an International Review ,， Journal of Economics and Finance ， Journal of International Business Studies ,， Finance Research Letters ,， Financial Review ， Journal of Banking and Finance 等國際一流期刊審稿人,，具有豐富的教學與研究經驗和廣泛的學術影響力,，歷獲《風險管理和保險評論》最佳論文獎（2008）、美國東北決策科學研究院會議最佳論文獎（2006）,、《保險問題學報》最佳論文獎（2004）,、國際保險協(xié)會年會最佳論文獎（2003）等獎勵以及中山大學、中南財經政法大學、首都經濟貿易大學等多所國內外知名大學的“杰出教授”稱號,。
